Our yoga classes are designed to help you slow down, breathe deeper, and feel better in your body.

No pressure. No expectations. Just space to move, breathe, and unwind.

 

What to expect..

•Small class sizes (10 people​ max)

• Gentle movement with pose variations and props (take child's pose at any time)
• Mind body focused
• A supportive, judgment-free space
• Come as you are, leave feeling lighter

Whether you are brand new to yoga or returning to your mat, our classes focus on movement, breath, and nervous system support so you can leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and restored.

You do not need flexibility, experience, or a deep emotional intention. You just need a body and a willingness to show up.
